Our Story - How We Became a Leading Mill Hill Garage
In 2012, I embarked on a journey to help people sell their cars. With years of experience in the motor trade, I dedicated my time to securing the best deals for clients, ensuring they received more than they would from part exchange—without any of the associated stress or hassle.
As my network grew, so did the requests for additional help beyond car sales. Initially, I started sourcing vehicles for my clients, leveraging my connections to find the best deals on new and used cars. Over time, I expanded my services further, building a trusted network of specialists, including valeters, bodywork experts, tyre suppliers, and MOT centres. These partnerships allowed me to offer a full range of car-related services, from detailing and repairs to vehicle transportation.
It wasn’t just about selling or sourcing vehicles—it was about ensuring every service met the highest standards. Whether it was providing courtesy cars while work was carried out or ensuring vehicles were returned in pristine condition, I made it my mission to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience.
By 2020, my business had grown substantially. I realised that the name SellYourCarUK no longer reflected the diverse range of services we provided. During a conversation with a client, the term “Car Concierge” came up. It perfectly encapsulated what we offered: a personalised, hassle-free experience for car owners, focused on quality and trust.
And so, Cartopia was born—a name that represents our dedication to excellence in all things car-related.
